Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing?

  • Build and nurture relationships with companies, signing them up as clients for IT team augmentation, dedicated delivery teams, or IT outsourcing services.

  • Increase revenue and visibility of UBSLogic in the United Kingdom, with a focus on Scotland.

  • Represent the UBSLogic brand within the country’s IT community.

  • Offer UBSLogic solutions tailored to customer demands and become a trusted advisor.

  • Manage a pipeline of current and prospective client relationships.

  • Deliver client-facing presentations and propose creative ways to help clients.

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with customers.

  • Reach out to new clients, conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and manage agreements.

  • Onboard partners and ensure long-term and beneficial partnerships.

  • Own forecasts and track metrics for named strategic customers.

  • Communicate progress of ongoing deals and forecast future opportunities to UBSLogic’s C-level stakeholders.

  • Engage with CEOs, HR Directors, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders to pursue new clients and introduce UBSLogic’s services.

  • Proactively arrange meetings to discuss opportunities for collaboration and IT team augmentation
