How long does it take to build a software development team from scratch with UBSLogic?

Typically, at UBSLogic, hiring a development team takes 4-5 weeks. The process includes creating a pipeline of relevant specialists, screening, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates.

I am looking for one developer to develop the site/app. Can you provide me with such a specialist?

Yes. But typically, customers start to augment their teams with two and more positions.

How many candidates can I interview before making a final choice?

As many as needed.
However, if you see half a dozen suitable candidates and decline them, we’ll need to discuss your requirements and expectations again.

How quickly can you replace a candidate if something goes wrong? Do you charge extra costs for it?

We need 3 to 4 weeks to make a replacement, which will come at no extra cost.
The termination notice period is 6 weeks, but nevertheless, you’ll still need to pay the terminated developer for his job during these 6 weeks.
